GOALS

The common territorial challenges addressed by ESCAPE are: the tourist flow in magnets should be bubbled; provide visitors with an ATTRACTIVE TOURIST OFFER that will motivate them to spend the night in the area; DIVERSIFYING the existing supply with cross-border tourism products; PROTECT elements of cultural and natural heritage; in the segment of cross-border sustainable tourism, REDUCTION OF TERRITORIAL NON-GRAPES SHOULD BE REDUCED AND WITH THE INTEGRATED APPROACH TO CHANGE THE LESS VOTE CAPACITY IN UNIFORM TOURIST DESTINATIONS.
The project is set up in such a way that it will have KEY ROLE for the exploitation of cross-border potentials and / challenges.

The starting point is that these areas are historically related. Major tourist centers (Hévíz, Bük, Moravske T., Ptuj …) are oriented towards non-co-operative thermal tourism without cross-border impact (each acting for itself). Tourist offers in the countryside are weak, unrelated. The cross-border significance of the ESCAPE project is EXCEPTION: It will be based on the ACTUAL LIST of cultural and natural heritage of the cross-border area, which will result in the added value of the common area.

By addressing the current issue of various forms of discrimination and intolerance (to refugees, emigrants, various religions, deprived groups, women, disabled people and other vulnerable groups), the level of Mutual understanding of the otherness, which stems from the past, will increase in the cross- different cultures and ver. 5 newly developed tourism products will contribute to the OHRIDATION, PROTECTION, PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE (10,000 visits of monuments of natural and cultural heritage and 310 visitors of interpretative and educational events).

THE NIGHT OF NIGHTS INCREASES (by 3,000). The project LINES COMMON CROSS-BORDER ADVANTAGES (culture, nature, people) into a meaningfully complete whole with the common denominator “tolerance”.
ESCAPE is an indispensable project for future sustainable development in the cross-border area under consideration.
